BESMAK adapts the tests to the specific national and international standards and specimen geometries. Solid test technology is essential when testing perfect track systems at speeds over 300 km/h. In contrast to standard solutions, designs customized to the respective specifications offer the clear advantage of sample dimensions and handling is taken into account. BESMAK® servo hydraulic rail and sleepers test machine with 4-column type rigid frame design is feasible to perform bending tests on rail and sleepers samples. Machine can perform load controlled and/or displacement controlled tests for both rail and sleepers. Special sample carriage system is available to make test application easier. The important thing is, the bending test of sleepers can also perform on single machine with same accuracy. Machine can perform static and semi dynamic test applications.

Rail and Sleeper Bending Test Machine, servo-hydraulic, 4 columns type rigid load frame with sufficient long test space to perform the test easily. Machine comes with special bending apparatus according to EN 13230 standard. Machine is equipped with a double acting special low friction piston with  ≥ 300 mm piston stroke. 

Load measurement and control with a load measurement system of class 1, 1 kHz data accusation Close-loop electronic controller, The electronic control unit of system is with 1000 samples per second and data acquisition speed. Accurate synchronization between frame and sensors will be done/controlled by advanced PID or close loop configuration. Electronic control unit has total 5 channels (2 internal, 3 external and 1 RS232/485). Due to these channels electronic control unit can control 5 no. sensors at same time.

Electronic control unit is feasible to attach and control video extensometer, laser extensometer, LVDT, automatic extensometer, strain gauge, load cell, SSI and TTL type sensors. Special Eeprom sensor plugs can store calibration and sensor data inside it. Due to this feature control unit can read sensor and calibration data even if user change it with new unit. Can perform load and displacement controlled test, position measurement and control with position sensor of 1 micron resolution.


Handheld unit, to move piston up and down without use of computer and to fix sample into the machine easily accurately and safely. Load channel with a resolution of 24 bit, adjustable load control in between 0.01kN/s - 120kN/s, adjustable displacement control in between 0.1mm/min - 100 mm/min, MTS position sensor with 0.001 mm resolution.

Besmak Universal Testing Software, user defined result parameters (connected to load and position). User can see real time test data from the software, can save require data and can get a test graph as well. User can also change graph axis between time, load, stress, strain, displacement etc. Test data can be transfer to excel format to use in research and development project. After finishing a test user can save test in computer and can also get a print as a report.
